The Scouting 50p marked the centenary of the foundation of the Scouting Movement in 2007. The design by Kerry Jones shows a fleur-de-lis scouting emblem in front of a globe above the "BE PREPARED" moto. This 2019 dated Brilliant Uncirculated 50p is a re-issue of the original 2007 coin to celebrate 50 years of the 50p.

2019 Scouting 50p in Brilliant Uncirculated condition, the coin is presented in a Coin Hunter card measuring 85mm x 61mm (height / width in portarit orientation), sealed and protected by a plastic blister.

Brilliant Uncirculated coins are produced to a higher standard, this 50p shows more detail and has none of the marks and scratches found on circulation coins.

The coin reverse by Kerry Davies shows a fleur-de-lis superimposed over a globe and accompanied by the inscription "BE PREPARED" and the dates " · 1907 ·" and " · 2007 ·", and the denomination "FIFTY PENCE".

The 2019 Scouting 50p won't be found in change, as this design was not struck for circulation. This coin was only available to buy in Brilliant Uncirculated quality, the number sold / mintage is 84,681 coins.
