The Girlguiding 50p marked the centenary of the foundation of Girlguiding UK in 2010. The design by Jonathan Evans and Donna Hainan shows the Girlguiding logo 6 times around one smaller central logo. This 2019 dated Brilliant Uncirculated 50p is a re-issue of the original 2010 coin to celebrate 50 years of the 50p.

Girlguiding 50p in Brilliant Uncirculated condition, the coin is presented in a Coin Hunter card measuring 85mm x 61mm (height / width in portarit orientation), sealed and protected by a plastic blister.

Brilliant Uncirculated coins are produced to a higher standard, this 50p shows more detail and has none of the marks and scratches found on circulation coins.

The coin reverse by Jonathan Evans & Donna Hainan shows a design which depicts a repeating pattern of the current identity of Girlguiding UK, accompanied by the inscription "CELEBRATING ONE HUNDRED YEARS OF GIRLGUIDING UK" and the denomination "50 PENCE".

The 2019 Girlguiding 50p won't be found in change, as this design was not struck for circulation. This coin was only available to buy in Brilliant Uncirculated quality, the number sold / mintage is 84,686 coins.
