Coins struck for circulation by The Royal Mint are sent to cash centres across the UK to be heat-sealed in bags for distribution to banks and post offices.

Over recent years the sealed bags of new uncirculated coins have become collectable.

This bag contains 20 shiny new Pride 50p coins (£10 face value) that can be classed as uncirculated – the coins do touch each other within the bags so will have a few marks.

These 50p coins are NOT Brilliant Uncirculated – as BU 50ps are not kept in bags and are sold in packaging by The Royal Mint and other authorised distributors - for between £5 and £11 for 1 coin dependant on packaging.
