The delivery was super fast, the communication was excellent. The only issue was the quality of the coin itself and maybe I'm a bit over critical. I returned it straight away, the returns process was quick and easy to use and a free returns label and returns slip was supplied. There was no option to request a replacement, only to get a refund. I have bought a good number of coins from the Koin club before without any issues.

Speed of delivery- fantastic. By far exceeds service from Westminster/ChangeChecker or Royal Mint. Delivery charge- free, so fantastic! Packaging- placed directly into a Jiffy bag with promotional content to the rear and the front of the coin not having additional protection. I should add - the envelope wasn't damaged. Unfortunately Eeyore looks like he has an additional part to his tail (this is definitely on the coin, not the plastic). The plastic over the body area seems to be damaged- I don't think this is on the coin itself but I didn't want to open the packaging in case I'm told I somehow caused the damage to the coin! Wondering whether I was just unlucky or whether this is to be expected with loose coins.

Delivery was slower than I expected based on the dispatch email. Coin is good quality but some hairs were caught between coin and holder. I don't like the booklet that came with the coin- waste of paper and I get far too many KC emails since ordering. CC may take longer and cost a bit more (based on the cost of this coin- not sure if it's the same for all coins) but I do prefer buying with them.

Slightly worried the koin club came in just a Jiffy bag but it was undamaged. I prefer the koin club style of card but unfortunately the rest of my collection is on change checker cards.

Ordered 31/3 arrived 8/4. V.basic packaging but coin seems decent. A good choice for those who put their coins in capsules so don't need a fancy cardboard mount. The basic packaging is offset by the lower price, if you just want the coin and aren't bothered about extras this is a no brainer.

I prefer the koin club style of card but unfortunately the rest of my collection is on change checker cards. Its a nice surprise sometimes getting the trading cards from change checker which is a bonus.
