Simply contact our customer service team by email or phone to arrange the return.
Simply return the complete delivery to the address provided by the customer service team, stating clearly the reason for return and whether or not you require a replacement or refund.
If a refund is required, we will refund your card when the returned goods are received.
Please obtain a free Certificate of Posting from your Post Office when returning any items as this will serve as your confirmation that the items have been posted back to us.
If your delivery was received by Signed For or Special Delivery, you should return it using the same method.
