This service is only available to members of the public who wish to sell a single private collection that they own or are responsible for. On completing the registration form, Coin Hunter membership is automatically granted, so you can add details of your collection for sale.
This service is only available to companies who receive donated coin collections to sell for the benefit of a charity or companies who act on behalf of clients who have inherited coin collections and wish to obtain a fair valuation in respect of a potential sale. On completing the registration form, Coin Hunter membership is manually checked before full access to services is granted.
*Best Price Guarantee: Coin Hunter offers a best price guarantee for any collection offered for sale by registered seller on the Coin Hunter website.
Sellers must be individuals offering for sale their own collection (or a single collection they are responsible for) or a business approved as a Coin Hunter seller, such as a charity or solicitor.
If you receive a better price as a written agreement to purchase your collection from any coin dealer with an active membership of the BNTA (British Numismatic Trade Association), RNS (The Royal Numismatic Society) or BNS (British Numismatic Society) - having received at least 5 offers from dealers listed in the Coin Dealers Directory and you choose to sell at the best offer price from a Coin Hunter listed dealer, we will pay double the price difference as an additional payment direct to you.
Coin Hunter operates as an impartial facilitator in the coin marketplace - we do not buy coins, we are offering your collection to as many dealers as possible to secure the best possible price for you.
Coin Dealers
Register to benefit from a free listing in the UK Coin Dealer Directory and free listing of your coins for sale in the Coin Finder Database.
Members also receive access to view and offer on all coin collections submitted for sale by members of the public and companies such as solicitors and charities. These transactions are direct with the seller and are commission free for both buyer and seller.
Dealers listing coins for sale are included in the collectors wish list notification system. So if a collector is looking for a specific coin that you have in stock (or comes into stock) - they will be notified and directed to the correct page on your website.
If you already have a listing in the coin dealer directory, you will have the option to claim ownership of your listing.
This service is only available to professional coin dealers who have appropriate memberships or trading records. On completing the registration form, Coin Hunter membership / existing directory listing claims are manually checked before full access to services is granted.
