The Abolition of the Slave Trade £2 coin marked the 200th anniversary in 2007 of an act for the Abolition of the Slave Trade. The design by David Gentleman shows a the year 1807, with the zero shown as a link in a chain. The two pound coin is circulated and protected in a small plastic wallet.
